The college recruiting process is a difficult process to go through in which Concorde Fire strives to help guide each player looking to advance themselves to the next level. 

Our Concorde Fire coaching staff begins this process with correspondence to each of their players.  The individual coach is the one that sees the players day in and day out in order to guide them to schools that fit each player. 

The success of many of our Concorde Fire teams has allowed those players the visibility to countless collegiate coaches.  Having teams reach the highest levels in USSDA, ECNL, the GYSA leagues, Region III Premier League East, GYSA State Cups, USYSA National Championships, USYSA Southern Regionals, and many of the national Showcases such as Nike Friendlies, Disney Showcase and the Final IV Showcase allows our players to be seen by a wide variety of college coaches.
